Who's Behind the Product?

Everything started out in the 1980's with Allen Stoltzfus, who was trying to study a foreign language. Distressed at his experience he wanted to develop a program that used computer technology plus his self study program. Sharing his idea with his best friend and brother-in-law John Fairfields who has ha Ph.D. in computer science, this became a family venture with Eugene Stoltzfus becoming president of the company. Together they came up with the Rosetta stone software. The company was eventually sold to ABS Capital Partners and Norwest Equity Partners where it was renamed Rosetta Stone.

What You Get

Why I Like It

You will immediately see the competency of this software from the very start. It is reviewed and recommended by numerous professionals and big companies, one of which is Wall Street Journal. This program for learning Spanish is recognized worldwide and is multi awarded so you are guaranteed that you get quality learning for the price that you pay.

Why I Don't Like It

Compared to other Spanish Language programs in the market, Rosetta Stone can be considered high end, making it far more expensive. It is about three or four times more the price of other programs depending on which program you are comparing it with.

Conclusion

If what you want is to seriously learn Spanish and get quality, then I would absolutely say that Rosetta Stone is for you. While it may cost more than other programs you will find that id is a great investment since you won't be needing any other program. Some programs are indeed more budget friendly but they leave you with almost nothing only causing you to spend more on other programs. This is a one shot guaranteed investment.
